We offer you an unrivalled experience which combines personalised, one-to-one athletics training with group runs, in addition to training experience with our registered competitive club, Run Africa AC. We’ll put together a programme for you that combines these elements to give you a fun, challenging and inspirational experience of your time here.

One-to-one training: Increase your strength, stamina and running skills at altitude, guided by with an elite trainer from the Run Africa team, customised to suit your ability, your aspirations and your schedule.

Run Africa Athletics Club sessions: Train with our registered club of elite Ethiopian athletes. Sessions are on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. A club member will be on hand to guide you through the session to ensure that you get the most of it. Nobody else that we know of offers this opportunity!

For individual, group and club training we charge $49.00 per person, per session. This includes transport (pick-up and drop-off), guided training, water and post-run snacks.
Weekend group runs: Camaraderie is a powerful motivator! These are sociable, weekend morning sessions, generally comprising jogging at a gentle pace – duration typically 45-60mins – in which you’ll meet others while discovering new routes, landscapes and the running lore of Addis Ababa. Learn from your your fellow runners as well as from your trainer. Are you completely new to running or more of a hiker? You are also catered for if so.
