Custom training for groups and clubs

 

Here are some of our standard group-training programmes. Prices are in USD, per person for ten days, but each programme can be customised to suit you and your group in terms of number of days, excursions added, specific training integrated or any other considerations. Minimum group size is 5 people.

 

THE RUN AFRICA ADDIS EXPERIENCE

Daily sessions with an individual athlete trainer and with Run Africa AC and former National Team Coach Negash Habte at a variety of training locations in and around Bekoji and Addis Ababa, including Sendafa tracks, Sululta meadows, Entoto Hills, Legatafo track, Anqorcha Forest and Millennium Park;

9 nights’ accommodation in Addis Ababa;

All meals and non-alcoholic drinks provided, including fruit, tea and snacks after each session;

Airport pick-up and drop-off and transport to all training sessions and city visits;

Guided visits to Addis Ababa attractions including the National Museum (which holds Lucy’s remains), Minilik Palace Museum, St. George’s Cathedral, Washa Mikael rock-hewn church, the Ethnographic Museum and Merkato Spice Market;

Two sports massages;

Visits to local athletes’ houses;

Cultural evening at a traditional Ethiopian restaurant;

Daily sessions with an individual athlete trainer, with Bekoji AC and legendary Coach Sentayehu Eshetu and with Run Africa AC and former National Team Coach Negash Habte at a variety of training locations in and around Bekoji and Addis Ababa, including Sendafa tracks, Sululta meadows, Entoto Hills, Legatafo track, Anqorcha Forest and Millennium Park;

5 nights’ accommodation in Addis Ababa;

4 nights’ accommodation in Bekoji (200km south-east of Addis);

All meals and non-alcoholic drinks provided, including fruit, tea and snacks after each session;

Airport pick-up and drop-off, transport to and from Bekoji (a 4.5-hour drive south-west through the Rift Valley), and between hotel and training sessions;

Guided visits to Addis Ababa attractions including the National Museum (which holds Lucy’s remains), Minilik Palace Museum, St. George’s Cathedral, Washa Mikael rock-hewn church, the Ethnographic Museum and Merkato Spice Market;
